An original Sicilian recipe shared with us by Fr. Frank Coco, S.J. Made with olive oil, red wine vinegar and lots of Italian seasonings and bottled in a decorative glass bottle. Perfect as a healthy salad dressing but also a great marinade. A portion of the proceeds go to the Southern Jesuit Retirement Fund.
Serving Suggestions (Always remember to shake, shake, shake between pours):
Order a couple of pounds of crabfingers from us and pour Fr. Coco’s Italian dressing over them, then microwave until dressing boils. Strain out crabfingers onto a platter, and serve the hot dressing as a dipping sauce. Add to pasta sauces to liven them up. A great marinade for chicken before grilling.
